1st Annual Joe Carter & Friends Celebrity Golf Tournament

I was lucky to be invited by my good friends Ami and Jason Richter, co-founders of Lug Travel, to Joe Carter’s 1st annual golf tournament.  Lug was a corporate sponsor for hole 11, and they provided their popular Shuttlebus bag to each participant.  I arrived early at Eagle’s Nest Golf Club in Vaughan to set-up my massage chair and sign for warm-up stretching and massages before the tournament began.

The weather was great until we got called off the course because of lightening.  Despite the weather, we had about 25 foursomes visit our hole.  They each had the opportunity to win NCKO’s All-Natural Golf Tournament Kit, a homeopathic kit that I put together and demonstrated to all the winners of the Lug Beanie Bag Closest to the Pin game.

There were over 30 sports celebrities at this golf tournament and all the money raised went to the Children’s Aid Foundation.  Joe Carter and his friends are a lot of fun.  Thanks for making this such a great day Joe!
