Happy New Year!
The fresh start of a new year brings time to reflect on our past accomplishments and challenges of the year. What will this year have in store for you? Most people take this time to make new year’s resolutions about health, love, and happiness. But are we setting ourselves up for goals we can’t achieve?
I think that baby steps are a better way to reach our goals. What about decluttering your work and home space, one area at a time? What about simplifying your daily routines, to the things that matter most? How can we better to the environment?
